Our story
Gingerkneads started as a Sunday morning ritual and grew into something we couldn't keep to ourselves. We believe great baking isn't a secret formula — it's time, honest ingredients, and genuine care.
Everything leaves our kitchen before dawn so by the time it reaches you, it's as fresh as it gets. No preservatives, no pre-mixes, no frozen dough. Just flour, water, salt, and a lot of patience.
